Customer Information: size charts  washing instructions  shipping  worldwide  returns  payment  


We strive to do our best for our customers, their orders and shipments. We have therefore established a fair and correct return procedure.

We accept the return of unused, unsoiled and undamaged items in their original packaging delivered to us within 30 days of the invoice date. Items must be in a saleable condition with tags still attached. Items are not returnable if worn, altered or tags removed. 

Return Mailing

Print and fill out our Return Form and place both the product and form in the return package. Each return form is assigned to a specific return. Please do not combine different orders or shipments in the same box. Please use a secure parcel service to send the package back to our office address. We do not accept C.O.D.’s.

All incoming returns will go through our Quality Control department and the reimbursement decision will be made at the end of this process.    

We will refund the shipping costs back to the customer only in the event where a fault or defect is found.


If you received a defective or damaged product and would like to exchange it, you can place a new order for this item in the Webshop. The refund process is separate from that of shipping the new item.

If you think your item was damaged due to bad or poor packaging, please describe this problem on the return document and /or send the damaged packing box back to us.


We accept only the return of unused items. Please put the unused item in its original package. It normally takes fourteen (14) days after the estimated delivery date for money to be returned to the account from which you paid. The refund will be deducted from the total depending on the reason for the return and the quality of the returned product.

Incorrect items

If you feel you have received the wrong product, please first contact us via e-mail before returning the product.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for any customized or special-ordered items, except if the products were damaged. An additional delivery of the customized product is not possible.
Software products are not refundable.


We do not send replacement items after a return has been made. Instead, we refund your money and you have the opportunity to order a replacement item from our Webshop.

All refunds will be credited back electronically through PayPal. If not possible, the refund will be sent by check to the order address (5-10 days after return acceptance). Shipping costs are not refundable.

We make every effort to deliver high-quality products while making a concerted effort to protect the environment. After consulting our size charts and you are still not sure which size to order, we are happy to help you. Please contact us (e.g. by email) to avoid ordering several sizes and returning those which do not fit, to avoid unnecessary waste and pollution and thereby to contribute toward protecting the environment.

Please note: Out of hygenic reasons, we are only able to accept unopened mask bags in their original condition as returns
