Shipping and Delivery Conditions
Products can be shipped to the following countries: USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil.
If items are too big to ship to a P.O. box, a street address must be provided.
We do not ship to APO/FPO and freight forwarder addresses.
Geographic shipping restrictions may apply to particular products. In these cases, the customer will receive a notification and detailed delivery instructions either during the order entry process or from a sales representative.
Standard delivery is 7 to 10 business days to most areas of the United States, and up to 21 business days to areas outside the US.
When paying with credit card, please allow at least 3 days for card verification and packing. Only after this time will the package be sent using the desired method of shipment.
The estimated delivery date for your order is based on how quickly we can obtain and ship the items. We try to ship complete orders. For all in-stock items, the delivery time is calculated based on company-internal packaging plus the proper shipping method. We use a variety of carriers for special shipping methods (small and large) and we will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier during order entry.
For temporarily out-of-stock items, we calculate the estimated delivery date only for replaceable items.
Shipment takes place after we have received a complete payment from you. Credit or debit card are the normal payment methods for all items.
If there are temporary technical problems with the payment procedure (e.g. an interrupted connection to the internet provider), it is then possible to pay up front for your order with a check.
Send a completed check for the total amount of your order to our office address.
As soon as the check has been credited to our bank account, we will send the ordered items to the shipping address listed on the order.
Delivery time for these exceptional cases with payment via up front check can be more than 10 working days.
If the order has missed the estimated delivery date, it is helpful to review the tracking information.
The carriers we use (such as UPS) provide tracking information which will be sent to the email address you provide.

The shipping rate is calculated upon order entry. The total freight charges are calculated based on item, weight including package materials, volume and destination postal code and country and will appear at the end of your order list before you submit your order.
With partial or split shipments, the customer pays the total shipment charge, calculated for the complete shipment of the order at the time it was entered, without additional costs.
Customers located outside the Unites States are responsible for the payment of duties and taxes associated with the shipment of goods to their destination country.
