RETURN / RMA
We strive to do our best for our customers, their orders and shipments. We accept unused, unstained items returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Please print and fill out our Return Form and place both the product and form in the return package. Each return form is assigned to a specific order. Please do not combine different orders or shipments in the same package. Please use a secure parcel service to send the package back to our office address. We do not accept C.O.D.’s.
All incoming returns will go through our Quality Control department and the reimbursement amount will be determined at the end of this process.
Normally shipping costs are not refundable. We will reimburse the customer's shipping and handling costs only when a flaw or defect is found.
If you received a defective or damaged product and would like to exchange it, you can place a new order for this item in the Web shop. The refund process is separate from that of shipping the new item.
If you think your item was damaged due to bad or poor packaging, please describe this problem on the return document and/or send the damaged packaging back to us.
We accept only the return of unused items. Please put the unused item in its original package. It normally takes fourteen (14) days after the estimated delivery date for money to be refunded. The refund will be deducted from the total depending on the reason for the return and the quality of the returned product.
If you feel you have received the wrong product, please first contact us via e-mail before returning the product.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for any customized or special-ordered items, except if the products were damaged. An additional delivery of the customized product is not possible.
Software products are not refundable.
We do not send replacement items after a return has been made. Instead, we refund your money and you have the opportunity to order a replacement item from our web shop.
All refunds will be credited to the debit or credit card from which you paid. In exceptional cases, a refund check will be sent to the address placed on the original order within 5-10 days following approval of the return.
We make every effort to deliver high quality products while making a concerted effort to protect the environment. After consulting our size charts and you are still not sure which size to order, we will be happy to assist you. Please contact us (e.g. by email) instead of ordering several sizes and returning those which do not fit, to avoid the unnecessary waste and pollution of multiple shipments and help us contribute toward protecting the environment.
